I didn't start Blau because I wanted to build another business. I started it because I wanted to build a different kind of life.

My growth in the corporate world had plateaued, and balancing that career with my personal life made something increasingly clear:

I was missing too much.

Time with family.
Being present.
Having a life that wasn't constantly reactionary.

At the same time, I realized how much I genuinely loved helping business owners solve operational problems.

I loved digging into what wasn't working.

I loved finding the bottlenecks.

I loved creating the structure.

And most importantly, I loved helping people build businesses that actually worked better.

So I decided to build Blau Strategy & Operations around both things: Doing work I love while helping business owners reclaim the time, clarity, and breathing room I was looking for myself.

EXPERIENCE

I've spent more than two decades working in operations and employee leadership, supporting everything from small businesses to multi-million-dollar organizations.

Helped businesses identify inefficiencies and create better ways of working

But the part of my experience I value most isn't a number.
